Pura Taman Ayun (Temple of Beautiful Garden)

is a royal Temple of Mengwi Empire, located in Mengwi village, Badung Regency.

Surrounded by the big fish pond, the beautiful temple was built in 1634 with multistoried roof and original Balinese architecture.

The Taman Ayun Temple is designated as UNESCO’s Cultural World Heritage.

Telaga Tunjung Tabanan Dam

Constructed in 2003, is an earthfil dam with 33 meters height and 226 meters length.

The Dam with volume of 1,3M m3 is able to irrigate around 1,800 hectares irrigation systems and supply water for DMI in surrounding area.

Subak Museum

Subak is the organisation of farmers who work adjacent fields and share water from common sources; historial evidence traces this system to at least the 11th century.

Today in Bali there are over 1,200 Subaks coordinating the irrigation of a combined 200,000 hectares of paddy field.

Pura Tanah Lot (Temple of Land in the middle of the Sea) is a spectacular sight, especially at sunset.

The tiny island was formed by gradual erosion of the ocean tides over thousands of years.

As one of the most sacred sea temples, Tanah Lot temple is dedicated to the guardian spirit of the Indian Sea.
